| This design is a modern interpretation of another decorative bohça, this time of one dating from the 17th century (thought to have belonged to Gevher, a legendary Ottoman princess). Some of the sketch-like plane-tree leaf motifs are highlighted in vibrant silks formed of raised dots that sit 5mm above the wool loop background surface. | |
